Dance Away!
A great way to get fit and blast away the 'Lockdown Blues' whether you're flying in a tin can in space or stuck in your living room at home! Y5 have remixed samples and arranged them into a fitness session with warm-ups, steady exercise, something faster to push the boundaries, something intense to really test you, some warm-downs and final stretches - Annie Mac style! We hope you enjoy the tracks.
Tracks: 01-06 Warm-up, 07-12 Medium BPM, 13-15 Fast BPM, 16-22 High Intensity, 23-29 Medium BPM, 30-33 Warm down, 34 Stretch

Did you know what Sam found out about the heart?
"7 to 9 years old's hearts beat at 70 to 110 beats per minute. Children 10 years and older, and adults (including seniors): 60 to 100 beats per minute. A crocodile can slow its heart down to about 3 beats a minute."
